Take your time to make your final decision! You get a 30-day period (from the date of reception of your order) to send the frames back if they did not suit you.
How to return your order:
1. Put the article(s) you want to send back in the box (WITH original boxes and all accessories).
2. Edit and print the return form from your customer account.
3. Ship your package and keep the proof of deposit in your post office or express carrier.
Upon reception by our team, you will receive a full refund on your account within 5 working days.
Please note that return costs are only free from France and Germany.
